Trini Pumpkin Curry

Pumpkin Curry
• 2 ½ lbs peeled and sliced pumpkin
• 1 tbls chopped garlic
• Salt to taste

In a pot add small amount of oil to cover bottom and heat
Sauté chopped garlic
Add pumpkin and salt
Add water if necessary
Cover and cook over low heat until pumpkin is cooked
